Call to Order & Opening Prayer
The meeting was called to order and opened in prayer by Bob Chatriand, out going Senior Warden.

2009 Annual Meeting Minutes
The minutes of the 2009 Annual Meeting were approved as corrected.   Approved by voice acclamation.

Treasurer’s Report
A copy of the Treasurer’s report was provided.  The report  listed our income and expenditures.   The 2010 budget was accepted.. 

Old BusinessThe worship location was discussed & we will stay at Lockwood School.
